Cheeky Seats Statement on the Coronavirus
We are currently experiencing delays in filling orders. Our normal 2 day turnaround is now running 14 days ( 2 weeks.) Thank you for your patience.
Like all of you, Rafa and I have been closely following the news about COVID-19 (coronavirus.) We want you to know that we are taking steps to ensure we remain healthy, and that all of our customers and products are safe.
Cheeky Seats is located in a small town in Pennsylvania, and our work studio is situated on our home property. Thanks to the rural, self contained nature of our location we are fully operational and still shipping daily to get our products out to you.
We are a husband and wife team making scooter accessories we truly care about. We are so grateful to have customers who support our craft and continue to do so through these difficult times.
We have implemented several measures to keep our customers and products safe during this time.
- Our studio and property are closed to all customers and visitors. Orders can be placed through our website as well as our Etsy shop and Amazon store. Please feel free to phone, email, text, or use our live chat. We would love to chat with you!
- The majority of our production materials were ordered in at the beginning of the year, any inbound shipment of materials, seats, etc are sanitized and placed in a separate storage shed for 10 days before they are brought into our studio.
- Our studio is kept very clean and we wash and sanitize our hands regularly as well as sanitizing frequently touched items, like our tools, sewing machines, switches, and door handles multiple times a day.
